Evolve Fusion Fitness is a great place to get your workout.
It's in a charming neighborhood providing a wonderful feel . . . More like a family than a gym! The classes are effective and fun so that time flies.

This place has All NEW equipment. With a maximum of 8 students per class. It's like 1 on 1 personal training because groups are small. Just, tell them your goal and they will take you there. Gwen, Jodie and Heather are great!

Great fun while you sweat your guts out. All the instructors are knowledgeable and provide a good, caring workout. I have been a member for about a year and can highly recommend these classes.
