Always clean, hardly crowded. Equipment and facilities are in excellent shape. Absolutely love that it's open until midnight!
This is one of the finest fitness centers in San Diego available to our Armed Forces.

my favorite absolute favorite is a Zumba classes there they're so lovely and the instructors are so nice and sweet. And also they did a recent renovation the entire place looks amazing and has everything one would need in order to maintain fitness you must of course have base access in order to work out there but I would say it's definitely worth the jaunt

This gym used to be 24/7 and now its 0400-2200. I wish it was open until midnight at least.

I like the fact that this gym is open 24 hours a day. Also when it's late a certain days the gym is all yours practically.
ancient cardio machines are its only shortcomings. 24/7 hours and plenty of benches, weights, cable machines, and isolation machines far outshine that!
