If you haven't tried Bar Method, you SHOULD! I've been doing The Bar Method for years and it is a fun, challenging workout that never gets boring. My body looks and feels great when I go 4+ times a week, but even when I can only come a couple of times a week I notice improvement to my overall health. I sleep better, eat better, and my mood is significantly improved.
But I have to say the BEST thing about The Bar Method is the people. The instructors and staff make everyone feel like family. They are so welcoming and helpful, eager to help everyone get the most out of the workout. Also, the clientele (predominantly women) are very encouraging and supportive.
No matter your age, weight, skill level, etc, The Bar Method works wonders! (There are women in their 70s who workout here EVERYDAY - incredible.) If you have injuries, you're pregnant, or you just need to start slow, the fabulous instructors will help you tailor the workout to fit your needs.
I really can't say enough good things. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. It's my little workout family :) Try a few classes. I promise you'll be hooked!
