I love this studio! It is super big, so you never have to worry about feeling crammed next to the person next to you. All of the teachers have been great, and always try to help me on my form. Check this place out!

Great studio! I love the Reformer, its great to be able to get such a great workout without causing more stress to my lower back injuries. I have had a few different instructors here and every class has kicked my butt!! The location is also a plus, plenty of parking.

Really enjoy this studio, always easy to find parking. Nice bright studio with lots of quality equipment. Nina's attention to detail was wonderful, she really helped me with adjustments to get the most out of my workout. Can't wait to go back!

I love this studio the best! Tons of parking and larger size studio which helps the chances of getting a spot even when you reserve a class late. Lynne and Melissa are incredible instructors and even when I came here for the first time I wasn't the outcast. I felt very included and pushed and overall had great classes!

awesome studio in point loma off Midway.. right by the 24 hour fitness and vons.. huge studio so easy to get the classes you want!

Wow, so much space & reformers available! Tons of parking outside and I definitely got a solid work out here. Instructor was very descriptive and helpful. Studio was very clean also!

Today I attended a Paige Daly's class for the first time. It was my second time doing Reformer and Paige did not help me and body else that all ! She was walking around looking herself at the mirror. Two of my neighbors helped me to adjust the reformer properly !!!! After class I was talking with other students that expressed the same disappointed, but they don't have more options to keep going to this class because they are living closer. I been going at Downtown location and the teacher was on top of us looking to doing the right moved. I never going back to Pilates Room if Paige Daly is the teacher. I prefer stay at home.

I've been coming here for two years. I've been doing Pilates for 15 years and this is by far the best studio and instructors. My recent instructors: Lynne, Melissa, Wendy, Ashley, Tricia and Sammie were all excellent.
