This place rocks. Go here if you want to work hard, get in great shape, and be greeted by friendly and motivational instructors. The workouts are entertaining and interactive. The owner even features raffle contests and music trivia games for free giveaways! Speaking of music, I'm picky about a good playlist at spin class. I wasn't disappointed by Ride On - each of the instructors played an upbeat collection of songs to keep my heart and legs moving fast. I was also impressed by the equipment--the spin bikes were really high-tech and comfortable, plus you could see data regarding your watt/power output, distance, RPMs and calories burned. Highly recommend.
