I love House of Yogi for its variety of classes, awesome instructors, and amazing community! Cindy's classes give you an blend between a tough workout and a spiritual connection. Joel's stretch class will change your life for the better. Focusing on stretching and why it's important to keep your flexibility. The yoga wall back class has saved my spine after years of sitting at a desk all day. I can't recommend this place enough!!

Side note - grateful for the new ownership keeping the studio's great vibe!

I've been a student at The House of Yogi now for over a year, and it's become such a critical aspect in maintaining my well-being. The studio itself is a simple, yet sufficiently pleasant area of practice, with all the tools one would need to develop their inner Yogi. The instructors are all passionate, experienced, and soulful. The House blends science and spirituality beautifully, allowing instructors to be creative and original. Since the beginning, it's been a warm, welcoming place of practice that feels like a home away from home. It's because of all this that I have unquestionably found my studio for many years to come.

This is a great studio, friendly staff, and lots of props to use. It has parking, cubbies, and the decor and interior design is lovely. Zoey Freedman is my favorite teacher, she is such a positive and caring person who makes all of her students feel comfortable. Her vinyasa and restorative classes (Wednesday nights) are great for all levels.

I'm pretty new to yoga and have had trouble finding a studio that "feels" good. Many in the area seem too big, too small, too dark, too hot, etc. I've experienced some good classes and teachers, but haven't found a studio that I would want to call home... until House of Yogi. It is conveniently located, has ample parking, and despite being in close proximity to a shopping center it feels like an oasis. It's open and inviting studio is just the rights size, the floor to ceiling windows give way to beautiful tree views, and most importantly it just has that great intangible "vibe" that I have been looking for.

Again, I'm pretty new to yoga so I don't feel comfortable commenting on the teachers, sequencing, etc... but I have enjoyed every class I have taken and LOVE this carefully thought out studio space.

Love this place! I'm an avid yogi and this is one of my favorite spots in San Diego. Shaun is a fantastic teacher and has done a great job of getting an amazing lineup of other teachers. I love the advanced vinyasa, but the all levels is perfect for anyone from the most beginner to the most advanced as there is a lot of freedom. And if you're needing to really relax and restore, the restoration classes are pretty amazing.

Really love the feel and energy of the space as it is surrounded by greenery with a lot of natural light...and there's parking! You don't find that often. If you are in the area, definitely try it out! $39 for your first month is a pretty sweet deal!

I absolutely love House of Yogi! My first experience had me hooked. All of the staff and students were very welcoming and I felt comfortable and right at home from the moment I stepped in the door. The studio is simple, yet beautiful and extremely clean, and parking is great. The teachers and classes that are offered are very diverse and serve beginners to advanced yogi's. I have been practicing for over 8 years and have been able to deepen my practice and knowledge here. They also have very reasonable packages and memberships and offer many great workshops. I am in my last couple weeks of teacher training with House of Yogi and have truly redefined my passion and love for yoga! I would highly recommend doing your training here if you are interested in a program, it has been life-changing to say the least. I am grateful to have found my tribe!
