The trainers and fun classes! Definitely an opportunity for you to challenge yourself physically and mentally. As a plus it's a great workout!

I highly recommend this gym if you are looking for a great workout in a short amount of time, and if you want to see results fast! Cody and his crew are all very professional, and they know what they are doing! Every class is like a one on one experience, because the trainers are always there to correct your form and motivate you through more difficult swings. I'm loving KXT and highly recommend coming in for a tour and a one on one with Cody; you won't be disappointed!

If you're looking for a great workout with terrific instructors look no further. On top of that there is ample parking and plenty of workout space. What a great place to get your sweat on. I will definitely be signing up. Way to go KXT!

This gym is the best! I have the best, toughest workouts here. The trainers are all motivating and knowledgeable. I feel as though every workout is a personal training session because I get so much help and feedback.

I've tried lots of different types of exercise routines, classes, etc. and kettlebell is by far the best I've found. I have multiple physical limitations and Cody and Alex have gone out of their way to help provide me with alternative moves so that I can continue to participate and get the most out of the classes. Cody has gone the extra mile to meet with me to provide suggestions and techniques so that I can proactively work to improve the limited movement in my neck and shoulders and is always available to answer questions and provide helpful encouragement. This is a great environment to work on your overall health and I'd highly recommend it to all.
