No stopping now... I am a long-time runner and office professional. Which means, I have all the obvious body aches associated with a terrible post-run stretching routine and slouching over a keyboard all day. I've been going to Chakra for 6 months. The workouts have built balanced, lean muscles and increased my flexibility far beyond my expectations. The instructors (I regularly go to Mariel, Lauren, and Erica's classes) are passionate about what they do and thankfully throw in a few jokes for distraction when my entire body is in burn mode. My husband and I both go and love it (well, he doesn't say he loves it, but he says he likes having found his abs and wants to go back all the time... so I'm going to count that as love).
