Big fan of this studio. Great total body workout, esp for strength, not so much cardio. Occasionally the instructors don't explain the exercises super well, but I never feel like I'm flailing btwn exercises like I have at other studios. Definitely super clean, has places to change. Has free lockers in back.
LOVE that they call you out by name for DOING WELL in class (unlike another studio brand that calls you out when you're doing something wrong).
Parking can be tough, but park at the Trader Joe's parking lot for a quick class.
