Last year I got into a slump, stopped going to the gym, gained 10 unnecessary pounds and was unhappy with the way my clothes fit. A friend of mined told me that she was going to the Private Gym and suggested that I go see Natalie. I stopped in one evening, explained to Natalie what my issues were and after talking with her, decided to join the gym. She put me on a customized personal training routine for 6 weeks. After the first six weeks, I dropped 4 pounds, lost 2 inches off my waistline and lost 2% body fat. Natalie has now change my routine and I can't wait to see what the outcome will be in the next six weeks.
I know that Natalie and the Private gym is just the motivation I needed!
