Daniella is trained in a variety of mind/body exercise methods in addition to Pilates including Yoga, Barre, Core Align and more! I fell in love with Pilates, but I shortly came to realize I loved Pilates with HER! I've taken Pilates from others, and it wasn't the same experience. Daniella listens to what you would like to achieve through the workout and fine tunes your session to meet your fitness needs. She is very thorough in explanation for each exercise and ensures your form is correct to avoid injury while also making it a priority you're maximizing your results/getting the most benefits. Each session is always different, which keeps things interesting and fun, and you will come to see the changes in your body are undeniable. Thank you Danielle for always helping me reach my goals!
