Adriana is by far the absolute best pilates instructor! I've been to at least a dozen studios in San Diego and have taken classes from many instructors at each; none compare to the skill level Adriana provides. Her workouts always challenge me, even after several years of taking her classes. She continually evolves the workouts as our strength increases and I'm more toned and "ripped" than I've ever been in my life. Her attention to our form during each set ensures we get the maximum benefit the exercise is targeting. You can feel the passion she brings with the queuing she gives in each class. She is truly a gift! The boutique studio is charming, very comfortable and versatile, offering several types of pilates. I'm a super fan of Adriana and Live Love Pilates!
I had a private session with Adriana. Her class was excellent. You get a good workout and feel safe and supported. She pays close attention to alignment and proper mechanics. You can tell she is an expert at what she does and truly cares about her clients.

Be sure to leave early enough during peak times on summer days, as traffic can get backed up getting in to the village.

This is where you come for Pilates! This boutique studio is super cute, clean and right on trend. And the location is a dream. In the heart of La Jolla with cute shops all around (and Lululemon right downstairs!). But the best part about this studio is Adriana, the owner/instructor. She is so knowledgeable, challenging and committed to transforming your body. When I first started taking Pilates with her, I hadn't worked out in years and had never taken a Pilates class. She pushed me and encouraged me to work harder and now I have never felt stronger or healthier in my life. Adriana ignited a passion within me for fitness and health that I never had before. Her classes are energetic, challenging, butt kicking and FUN. If you want to be transformed and see real changes within yourself, a class at Live Love Pilates with Adriana is where you should be!
Live Love Pilates is a cute boutique Pilates studio located in the heart of La Jolla. The classes are challenging and fun! You will leave feeling accomplished and energized for the rest of the day. The classes incorporate a variety of apparatuses including reformer, exo chair, and spring board for a great work out! The owner of the studio, Adriana, is an excellent instructor and is very knowledgable of Pilates and fitness. She has created a welcoming and friendly environment to practice Pilates! I've had an INCREDIBLE working with Adriana (owner)! My first visit was amazing, she's very knowledgeable and related really well to my needs and concerns about my injuries after my car accident. I would recommend anybody to go and see her!
