Very nice. I came to San Diego to visit my niece and this vegan rooftop restaurant cafe and yoga studio was like a home away from home vibe offering healthy community and good food and drink...in the sky. I even gave the cashier I copy of my book. Good work creating this oasis of positivity. Thank you.
It was quite an experience. I wish the beginner's class was geared more toward beginners as many of the moves were very advanced for a beginner's class. Our instructor started late with no apologies then we had to wait while she adjust everyone's silks. I didn't appreciate that. If you require students to arrive early so should the instructors. Things to note: There is no changing area or any place to store personal belongings. The class is held on the roof top right next to the cafe and seating area so you are doing your routine steps away from people watching and enjoying their meals. One of the reasons I decided to take the class while visiting the area was to relax and unwind kind of hard to do that while sitting in my silk facing 2 women eating their salad directly in front of me about 5' away. Not in the cafe area but on a bench directly in front of the yoga class. Very awkward experience. I like that it was outdoors the weather was perfect.
You guys need to work on the ventilation inside the cafe. We had to leave because we couldn't breath. Plus many times you run out of the most popular dishes and we have to leave disappointed. Other than that, almost perfect. The Enticing eggplant is the best. Taste amazing, Thank you for that.
Fun and hopping place! My husband and I were in La Jolla to visit a friend at Green Hospital, and decided to check out this vegan restaurant for tea and dessert. The restaurant is on the fourth floor, with both indoor and outdoor patio seating that gays onto a small aerial yoga studio, with classes going. There is also a retail gift shop with all kinds of fun New Age stuff. On the third floor are more yoga studio areas. There were lots of young people here, eating, studying, and just hanging out. Very responsive and kind staff, great tea and dessert. We want to come back for breakfast and try their other meal options, which look great. Everything is vegan and gluten-free, excellent!

This place is gorgeous and they have great food! I have not yet taken a yoga class here but it is a great place to work for the afternoon and their Acai bowls are great.

Trilogy is the place you want to find yourself on a sunny day. Talk about a great vibe, friendly folks and exceptional food. Every dessert is decadent and I mean it when I say it, every dish is worth eating twice. Enjoy your best meal in La Jolla here...even non-vegans were DELIGHTED.

Bar none, this is the best vegan/ vegetarian restaurant I've ever eaten in! And I'm a confirmed meat eater but I was a vegetarian in my youth! They make some amazing food when you consider they don't use the usual primary building blocks, gluten and soy, of vegan/ Vegetarian Cuisine!!! They have both indoor and outdoor dining on the rooftop! The vibe here is amazing. Even if I feel stressed when I arrive here, in short order I'm feeling relaxed!

The food here is top quality. All organic vegan and vegetarian . I must say the flavor of the food is outstanding and for the meat lovers out there it is very filling you will most definitely enjoy it as well

Great food, service, and location! The line-ups can be long to order food but it comes out quickly and is all worth it! I will come back every time i'm in SD
After having an eventful and lovely day with my girlfriend on Feb. 8, I decided to turn on postmates and begin deliveries. My first pick up was from Trilogy Sanctuary. When I arrived, I asked my girlfriend to come up with me and check out the place because I knew she would love it. Full house, live music, great atmosphere and beautiful view, my girlfriend fell in love with the place.
Being a successful business that this is, there was a long line. Seeing nothing Wrong with approaching the front of the line and stepping on the side till acknowledged like any other food business I've pick up from, my girlfriend and I received nothing but dirty looks from the girl working the register. After 3 minutes I informed the couple next in line that I was just there to pick up an order for postmates, if I could speak to the cashier. I spoke to that cashier and received nothing but attitude and she insisted that I wait in the back of the line.
A business this busy should not be restricted to just one tablet to register orders. This place requires a secondary/pick up register or should not be receiving 3rd party orders. It is unacceptable to make someone wait longer after calling in an order. It is the equivalent of someone ordering in house to go and then making them wait in line yet again just to receive their order, when they know it is ready. It is unheard of and poor customer service. I was not satisfied with experience.
Trilogy is my FAVORITE place to eat. They have such amazing organic, vegan food. Their food made my partner realize being vegetarian is easy. I highly recommend!
Beautiful environment, 100% organic, gluten free, vegan meals. Everything was delicious! The employees are all very kind and the environment was peaceful. Looking forward to going back with my sister so she can try it.

The staff are unbelievably kind and made the whole dining experience truly exceptional. I would definitely eat there again if I ever return to San Diego.

Only go here if you like amazing food. If bland food is your thing this is not your place. The "Perfect tacos" live up to their name. Raviolis are tasty. Kombucha on tap like no other. So much more to try. 5 stars is not enough.
Amazing Vegan food!!!! Literally everything I got here was so tasty. The kefir soda, vega-nachos, and their ice cream cookie sandwiches are out of this world. The service is the friendliest I've ever seen with a beautiful rooftop location. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Great vegan place with tons of options. 100% vegan, and I believe there was no soy or gluten in most things either. Cool rooftop area, great place for a lazy Sunday brunch. Loved the Nachos and Acai Bowls.
Phenomenal place with an awesome vibe. Food is completely plant based, and tastes REALLY good. Definitely recommend it. And if you go on a Friday evening during the week, they bring in local musicians to preform.
