I'm brand new to Orange Theory, but I can already say it's a great addition to the Bar Method training I do. I enjoy the variety of exercises, the group environment, and specific goals to increase endurance, strength, and power. The instructors are very knowledgeable, and provide excellent direction on achieving correct form to get the most out of an exercise without getting injured. They also know how to adapt to the client in front of them in order to motivate and encourage peak performance. This is very important to me, because I know I wouldn't push myself to the same level of intensity on my own. I consider my membership with Orange Theory to be an investment in preventive medicine, so it's worth every penny to me.
