I've been going to FS Athletics for over 5 years. There are a lot of places you can go to train, but Franz makes all his classes accessible regardless of experience and ability. The other trainers and clients are welcoming, and the vibe is all about improvement and having fun. If you're super serious, you will get an amazing workout. If you're like me and just trying to improve, you'll find a great group of folks who are all on the way to getting stronger, more flexible, and healthier. I couldn't be at a better workout spot.

We have been working out with the Owner of FS Athletics, Franz, for a decade and he is incredibly knowledgeable about the field of fitness and continues to innovate his training techniques. While his specialty is kettle bells, he weaves additional exercise vehicles for balance, strength and agility into his work outs. Highly recommend given our fitness level and his ability to always design custom work-outs for body type, age or even injury/injury prevention!
