The coaches are awesome! They teach kids to have goals, strategy & technique in competition. They coach before & after competition! So great!.We are loving Gracie Barra ! Brought my daughter here to prepare for cheer-leading tryouts. The punch card cheer class is ingenious and I have referred several friends. The teacher of this particular class is Olympic level skilled when it comes to spotting.... more

I love how the treadmills and all cardio equipment are placed at the far end by the lockers/restrooms. For someone like me who is shy and intimidated it's a perfect spot to do cardio.... more
Please get more stair master machines. There is always a line for them. I often have to improvise my workout because they are in use. There is literally a line for them as we speak.... more
