freaking love this gym, the equipment is great quality. I never have to worry about how late I'm coming. and management is always nice. price is also perfect

The SPIN CLASSES here are AWESOME! There is a good selection of classes on the schedule with instructors who are energetic and play fun music! They also have Zumba classes and personal trainers. It's a very motivating gym to workout in.

I go there all the time on a weekly basis probably. I enjoy the environment and the staff is kind. I don't know what else I really would want in a gym.

Clean, small gym with modern equipment. Open 24/7. Priced a little higher than some chains, but conveniently located minutes from home.

Ive been coming here every day for the last six months and I've had zero complaints. It's a 24/7 gym with entry with a key fob, always clean, and the staff is always more than helpful. The owner Mike has almost doubled the size since I've been here. There's two Olympic lift platforms, and all the machines, dumbells, and cardio equipment you could ask for. On top of all that there is personal trainers there if you have a need for that. Hands down my favorite gym I've ever been to, and it's going to pain me to leave it.

Love this place!! I just joined and I come in and do my thing. It's clean and inexpensive!!! I'm actually happier I chose this place over LA Fitness!!
