The Sweat Fitness RB studio, and the staff there, are hands-down the best in the south bay. They offer so much in the way of integrative health and fitness: Pilates, fitness, yoga, HIIT and suspension training classes, for example. They offer localized cryo therapy, a hot stone massage bed, and massage therapists for your recovery.
The owner, Jenn Santana, is always on the cutting edge of fitness programming, and she has equipment you've never seen or been on before (e.g., the SI Board, Kamagon, UGI). She never gives the same workout twice, and that's very difficult to do. She really cares about her clients getting the most out of their experiences . . .and their money.
So, while all other studios in the south bay continue to close down shop, Sweat Fitness RB gradually grows into more beautiful spaces, and the space they are in now is so cool! You need to check it out. If you're new to the studio, you almost always can find a Groupon or Classpass offer to get your feet wet. Be careful, however, because you'll definitely want to become a regular here!
