This place was absolutely fantastic. I'd never done yoga before and was a little intimidated initially. Simone, the instructor of the fundamental class was great. She was super friendly and helpful along with the other class attendees. The entire experience was great and I'll definitely be going more often!
I've tried many studios with some of the best yoga instructors, and call Harmony my yoga home. Harmony consistently offers a great yoga class. All of the instructors are top notch!

I love Harmony Yoga! I've been to several yoga studios, and Harmony is by far, my favorite! The staff, instructors, and fellow yogis are the friendliest people you'll ever meet. If you haven't tried Harmony Yoga yet, I'd highly recommend it.

The only 2 other reviews are old, time for a current review. I go to classes at Harmony 4 to 5 times a week, all of the teachers are great. 15 years of yoga practice for me, and Harmony is hands down the best studio in the South Bay.
