I always thought I wasn't a "workout class" kind of a girl, opting for just working out on my own at my old gym. Over time, I went less and less until I was a full-fledged couch potato. A friend encouraged me to try Bionic Body, so I signed up for their 2 week trail. The classes I took kicked my butt, but the instruction was so good, and the people so friendly and encouraging that I signed up for the unlimited membership. It's been 2 years now and I'm in the best shape of my life! I LOVE the classes. There are so many different types, and they are different every time I go, which keeps it interesting. The trainers are so knowledgable, and help you modify if you need (my knees are terrible!). They pay very close attention to proper form to help prevent injury/maximize results. The members are of ALL AGES, and there is a family feel. Do yourself a favor and join!

I have been coming here since it opened. I love this gym so much because it has smaller classes, so you not only get personal attention, but you get to know the other attendees as well, so it really has a warm and inviting feeling.

Intimate environment with personal attention to form in group classes...great instructors includinig the recognized fitness experts that are the owners. It helped me recover from a horrible skiing accident. Bionic body helped me get strong and fit again. I'd highly recommned this gem of a gym, whether it be daily workouts or part of your overall workout routine.

The Bionic Circuit class is consistently a great workout! High intensity, great feedback from instructors, and fast pace. Wish they had another location closer to where I live!

Love this place! Great instructors, great classes, great location with a clean studio! Love that they provide towels and glass water bottles for your use during classes - I don't have to worry about bringing anything when I come to class! So easy and convenient!

Working with Kim and everyone at bionic body completely changed my life and enabled me to accomplish things i had always wanted to get done but was never able to. Am amazing gym and an amazing team.

I really enjoy the classes at Bionic Body and the trainers are all great. They really get to know you and make sure you get the most out of your workouts. Love this gym.

From the second you walk in to Bionic Body, you're motivated by the amazing space and the incredible team of trainers. The facility caters to every person's ability and/or modifications if needed for injuries. I love the seating area in the back with a place to cool down, have an apple and get ready for more fun. I highly recommend it for any fitness level.

I had a facial with Debbie and it was the best facial I've ever had! Debbie is nourishing, caring, great at facial massage and uses great products! It begins with heavenly hand lotion, a plastic cover and warm gloves making you feel relaxed from the beginning and throughout the process. She gives an oil scalp massage and combs your hair. She's been doing this for a long time, has high integrity with what she does and is such a lovely lady with a lovely touch! Highly recommend her to others!
