I have been working with Megan for less than three months and I have had excellent results. She motivates and challenges me on a daily basis. I have yet to do the same workout twice, and love the people in my group sessions! I have knee issues and she always gives options to adapt as needed. Not only has she taught me a lot of new exercises, she has helped me with nutrition, providing sample meal plans and adapting those as needed. In the first time in five years, my sugars are in a normal range and I am on track to reach my fitness and health goals. Megan has been so influential in changing my overall health!
