I don't recommend driving here during the weekdays during business times. Good luck trying to find parking! My experience, anyway - I spent over 10 minutes searching, almost left but lucked out with the last one on a block but I parked 4 blocks away.... more
One of the best yoga studios in the entire Bay Area!! Fantastic instructors and well run.. First and foremost, I love the yoga teachers I found at Namaste. I really appreciate how the two teachers I took classes with, Baxter and Dominick, integrate science-based research into their classes.... more
Such a great studio! Super welcoming and friendly but also relaxed. Practices are both relaxed but can be challenging if you want them to be. Definitely recommend.. Although I'm a regular to the Berkeley/Oakland area, I had not yet discovered Innerstellar Pilates & Yoga.... more
Great teachers, nice facility that has been improved and decorated even better in the last few years. Good customer service at the desk when I had an issue with my account. Lots of parking, next to Berkeley Bowl if you need lunch or a snack!.... more
I've been going to Tim's class on and off for the past few years. First off, he is a great yoga teacher with many many years of experience. He has a good heart and spirit and that comes through in his classes.... more
One of my favorite places to be for a great detox. The facility is always so clean and relaxing! The staff are so sweet and amazing! Smiles all around for Modo!. Very friendly and they take their times for new yogis!! Great instructors... more
