I don't recommend driving here during the weekdays during business times. Good luck trying to find parking! My experience, anyway - I spent over 10 minutes searching, almost left but lucked out with the last one on a block but I parked 4 blocks away. There's a parking garage but I think it said $2.50 for every 20 minutes. The quality of the class I took was very good. It said moderate, it definitely was. Good instructor.

Square One offers extremely high quality yoga, in an elegant and simple studio. The whole place feels very hip and today, and every teacher I have had is from pretty great to amazing. Nice variety of styles and different levels of intensity. Great prices. Friendly vibe, no attitude.
