Such a great studio! Super welcoming and friendly but also relaxed. Practices are both relaxed but can be challenging if you want them to be. Definitely recommend..Although I'm a regular to the Berkeley/Oakland area, I had not yet discovered Innerstellar Pilates & Yoga.... more
