Getting ready for my 2nd sparring session at 15th Round Boxing in Glendale. The first one was awesome - way different than sparring at other gyms I have been to. Most gyms everyone spars all at the same time like with your partner for a few minutes and you switch each round - not here.... more
Thorough, quick and super friendly :).Kids bjj and kickboxing fitness classes are good!.I checked this place out recently on a business trip to L.A. and I have to say I was pretty impressed, I popped in for a free mens class and was surprised how much I got out of it, this was my 1st time going to a mma fitness gym, if you go to a tradiontal gym then you have to give this place a try, it's a different kind of workout!! there's nothing like getting a great workout in after a long days work! great atmosphere and good vibes.... more

The training here is the best for its price 60 for a month And 25 for a private session Very good trainers too.My son really enjoys it..Really good training for all age groups. Trainer's are really good with the kids.... more

I like this place as a to go quick work out spot in Pasadena. The location is right next to a 90 mins free parking structure which is really easy for people. Trainers are great! The only thing I have problem with is the management team.... more

Very good and nice trainers.Lying thieves! I was injured during class. They have no concept of pairing people based on levels or providing proper training. They then continued to charge me and neglected to tell me that if I bring a doctor's not they would not charge me.... more
