A great place to work out. if you have ever been to a 24 hour fitness etc, you wont find people sitting around on the equipment staring at their cell phones. People also clean up after themselves.... more
The staff are super friendly, the music is great, and the workouts are tough! Definitely a fun, high energy place to get a good workout in :). Very small waiting area and only one bathroom stall!... more
School is mess, tiny , crowded . Teachers maybe good. But management deserves 0 star. Policy on the paperwork is not even followed. I was disappointed. Great owner, warm welcome, small class sizes, everything looks perfect! Thanks.... more

Yoga studio is so clean, warm, & inviting from the moment you walk in the front door. All the instructors are so knowledgeable & they really make each class centered around making it the best possible class for the people that come attend.... more

This gym is my second home! Great community feel, comfortable for all levels. I've made a lot of progress and learned a lot about my body in the last year as a member. . Wow. This was intense! Make sure not to eat TOO much before doing circuit training ;) My partner and I moved through each station that varied from pushups, squats, burpees, weights, pullups, rope, and balancing.... more
Had a horrible experience at that club, its harder to get out of that Club MEMBERSHIP THAN TO GET A DIVORCE. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!! the people who work there are super deceiving and not trustworthy they will ask for your credit card info and just take out your money plus hard to schedule if you are a beginner.... more

Teacher was rude, a student took a sip of water and got called out because it was not during a break, teacher acted as if the student interrupted the class, I have never been to a studio where they don't let you drink water or take breaks as everybody operates differently.... more
They closed and took my money with them.. Do not do business with them. I bought a personal training package and they have now subsequently closed their doors for private sessions they say.... more
Horrific, loud music. Too fast, improper cues from the instructor. Completely eliminates everything yoga is supposed to be. This is an abomination.. On my 8th day I signed up for a lifetime of change.... more
Legit Gymnastics. The owners are super positive which makes it great for my 4 year old. . Great gym and coaches my daughter has been going for 3 months and have improved tremendously ... more
Friendly staff. Came in ready to buy a few pairs of pants but we're missing my size in almost all of them. Bought 1 pair and I'm happy with the quality. Staff are always very helpful and attentive here.... more
Daughter loves this place. They instruct for all ages and skill levels. The staff seem to really care and the facility is well developed in terms of equipment and space.. We loved, loved, loved the instructors and front desk while we were at this gym .... more
