Yoga studio is so clean, warm, & inviting from the moment you walk in the front door. All the instructors are so knowledgeable & they really make each class centered around making it the best possible class for the people that come attend. They keep it moving but all of their instructors help you individually with your body movements in poses by giving you the most helpful little tidbits of tiny tweaks you can make in your movements to make your yoga practice more safe & effective. Truly the best start to your day.
This particular studio has really gone down hill. I love Core Power. I have practiced in five states and countless studios. I even did teacher training at this very studio years ago. Coming back to it today I found: a totally uninspiring (and sparse - at least one cancelled class a day) schedule, sticky floors, disgustingly sweaty blocks and most disappointing: an incredibly experienced instructor telling me to go to the back of the class because I chose to honor what my body needed for our warm up instead of following her svanasana start. I've never felt so chastised or disrespected by an instructor. This is not bikram.
I did not enjoy my first ever experience at this location with Shari. She doesn't know how to teach yoga, she doesn't look or make sure her students are doing the right poses. She literally closes her eyes and focuses on herself. Never coming back.
I have fallen in love with core yoga since moving to California I started in Westlake California which I loved and now have moved to orange county today was my first day in Tustin !!!!! Wei What is our instructor today she was phenomenal she was so spiritual and so patient the class was very challenging in such a positive way that I left there feeling like $1 million
Hannah on Sunday night restorative yoga is like a religious experience. She's the best!!! I wish this class was offered more as it challenges me to calm myself- which is a lot harder than pushing it in up a notch in other classes! I've always found teachers to be so nice and welcoming!

Great class and instructor. I've tried sculpt and the normal level 2 and loved it!!!
This locations has bathrooms and everything is always super clean!

Sometimes I feel like the floors are stickier here than the other CP studios. Not sure if it's a different material or a sweat issue.
There are a lot of students who talk and text during warm up in the quiet zone. Wish they would keep that in the locker room.
