They closed and took my money with them.
Do not do business with them. I bought a personal training package and they have now subsequently closed their doors for private sessions they say. They will not return my calls or inquiries of a refund and the rest of my money is down the drain.
I was concerned because I have knee and hip problems and have been sedentary for a few years. I've always been interested in kickboxing and went in for a guest pass to see if my joints could take it. I spoke to Greg and explained my situation. He was so nice helpful and encouraging. He had me try a beginner class and I absolutely loved it! I felt so good and had so much fun that I signed up today. I even bought boxing gloves! BTW I'm a female over 50! So excited I can't wait for my class tomorrow. Very clean and well kept too!

OC Kickboxing is a state-of-the-art, extremely well-maintained, 10,000 sq. foot facility that boasts numerous programs; an awesome number of classes; an amazing lineage; and a high level of instruction.
Their lineage includes the legendary Bruce Lee; Ajarn Chai and Guro Dan Inosanto. OCKMMA has Muay Thai, JKD, FMA, BJJ, No-Gi, and Kickboxing. Their coaches are phenomenal and they have been in business for over 26 years.
OCKMMA is also a pillar of the community. They sponsor pro-bono programs for Veterans; children with autism; the Blind Children's Learning Center; the Wounded Warriors Project; and they work with Sir Bruno Serato's Caterina's Club. They have been honored by the federal/state congress; the federal/state assembly; the OC School District Board of Trustees; and they have been named "Best of OC" three years in a row (2016; 2017; & 2018).
I've been in the martial arts for over 3 decades. I've trained at OCKMMA off and on for the past 20 years. I've met amazing people; world-renowned martial artists; and I've been trained by the finest instructors in Orange County.

The Veteran's Class is great! Kru Dennis has such a deep understanding of close combat and combat sports, that training at OC Kickboxing has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.

Great with my kids and myself. Love the fact that they offer a free veteran's class on Friday nights. Everyone I have come in contact with have been nothing but nice. I plan on being there for quite awhile.
This gym pretends to be something it is not. If it is ONLY a workout gym to get you fit for overweight individuals, introduction to martial arts, or any beginner standard- this gym would receive 4 stars if that was all. They pretend to talk about famous martial artists and an amazing fight team which purely a joke. If you are looking to propel you career this not the place for you! if you want to loose weight and pay a TON of money doing it give it a try (you may like it).

Ajarn Sullivan has, in fact trained Muay Thai in Thailand and on bi-monthly basis. Several of OCKMMA coaches hold Kru level (awarded by Ajarn Chai) and have likewise trained in Thailand.

Beyond phenomenal facility and staff, it has been my honor attending. I have acquired so much knowledge not only about the discipline required to practice martial arts, but also a greater deal about myself. All of the coaches are incredibly supportive and constantly provide positive reinforcement. Coming here has tremendously helped with my personal life, providing me with a comfortable outlet that is both rewarding and helpful in letting out some repressed anger. It has been my pleasure attending and I only hope to learn more during my time here.
