Definite bang for your buck. The supervisor and staff are very kind, knowledgeable and professional. Never seems too crowded, and they have good options on equipment, nobody seems to linger on too long on them. I really wish they had stepmills though, I would die of happiness and be there 24/7!
The trainers that they got recently are much better. The old trainers used to grab a clip board tell the client what to do and go sit at the desk. Victor and crew are much better.
