I had the best time at CrossFit One World. I was genuinely surprised by everything they have to offer from CrossFit, Yoga, Krav Maga classes to professional and personable coaches. I wish they have longer hours to accommodate the people coming from late work hours.. Pretty good and fun but there are sometimes kids peeing in the pool and the locker room is kind of really dirty.... more
My only complaint is that people who go to the express work out area hog the machines. Instead of doing the route, they either stay on the machines or are on their phones.. I really like all the diff types of cardio machines and other equipment its very clean everyone keeps to themselves and stays focused on what they are there to do I love it so far very happy I joined .... more
good place to play basketball. They have really gone down hill since Bay club took over. Prices are up and they are cutting way back on classes. The remaining classes are very over crowded.... more
It's ok, considerably cleaner than other 24s, certain machines and equipments are on the older end. Definitely can so some upgrading , but overall spacious and good for a quick workout session.... more
