Amazing place to detoxify your full body. Love it. Instructor take care of everyone is doing correct, if not he will show how to do correctly.
The teacher is so patronizing its VERY VERY annoying. Went there for the first time and he keeps coming over my side and openly correcting me and calling me out on and on again while the whole class is waiting on him. Even when I decide to take a break, he pause the class to ask me what pose I am doing and to tell me I can only do what he says. He hates when people drink water without his permission. He is THE MOST ANNOYING Human right now. If you there you will know who I am talking about. Just run. too late to get my groupon back.
This location is the best and Mr Lee is my favorite teacher, he is very polite and experienced, im glad to be his student and always eager to wait for his 4:30 class,God Bless Him !!
Love this studio! It's not super crowded, the yoga room is beautiful and the whole studio has the most relaxing atmosphere than any other bikram yoga studio. The studio offers the best teachers in the bay. They have traveled around the world and taught yoga. I recommend Kuan (one of my favorite teachers) if you want a more relaxed class focusing on breathing. Lee is great and his knowledge and experience will stick with you. Christian and Setareh are also very knowledgeable and great teachers. Rachel is awesome. Do I need to say more? :) If you want to know who is teaching, go on their website to find out. Namaste :D
