good place to play basketball
They have really gone down hill since Bay club took over. Prices are up and they are cutting way back on classes. The remaining classes are very over crowded.
The club used to be good when it is not partner with Bay club. After that, more members came in and the parking place is crowed. They increases membership fee every year and hide it in a link to your email. Be sure to think over before sign anything. They have a lot of policies only benefit themselves. Poor management.
Since the transition from Club Sport, this place has gone to dumps. Staff is rude, pricing has gone up... been going there for over 6 years and have decided to leave on a sour note because of rude interactions and inflexibility of the new staff... PLEASE DON'T JOIN ... not worth hundreds of dollars they charge... NO ONE will help you with machines unless you pay additional for trainers. There is NO VALUE for long time customers.
Maha is the best squash coach! She has coached my children for 6 years now. She's absolutely wonderful. Very dedicated to the kids. She's been a great role model to all the children. Bay Club Fremont is very lucky to have her lead their squash program.
This club is nice and has all kind of sports. The great thing is that they are adding 5 new squash courts besides the 2 courts they already have. With 7 courts total this will be one of the main clubs for squash and will attract top tournaments and players.

All the staff here are very professional and friendly! My son enjoyed the swimming camp very much!
The family room is very considerate for us to help our big kids to change! The locker and shower rooms are very clean!

I give it 4 start just because the weight room needs more equipment, different kinds of weight. Other than that is excellent , they have clean towels, bathrooms, free body wash,shampoo, shaving cream, free classes, non ghetto people, swimming pool, basketball,tennis courts, Cross-fit area.

You definitely pay more than other gyms for membership, but you get a great selection of group exercise classes, friendly customer service at the front desk and throughout the club, and complimentary shower and hand towels.
Tip: Come in the morning to avoid the crowd. It doesn't get too busy until 11AM.

+The cafe downstairs serves Starbucks coffee, beer, and of course freshly made healthy snacks and smoothies.

One of the better gyms I've gone to - not much to say besides it's clean, has new equipment, and has a host of amenities. I would definitely recommend it if you're in the Fremont area.
The facility is good.
The membership service people was very nice.
The membership cancellation requires 30-day advance notice, which was a surprise to me. Because I was moving out of the area, that means I would have to pay for one extra full month without being about to use it. It was very nice that she agreed to terminate my membership in a week instead of 30 days.
They need to be cleaner.The staff has to be trained to better handel concerns ,acomplains and in more professional way.The hygiene in this facility is low ,though not all of it employee's faults.
