My only complaint is that people who go to the express work out area hog the machines. Instead of doing the route, they either stay on the machines or are on their phones.

I really like all the diff types of cardio machines and other equipment its very clean everyone keeps to themselves and stays focused on what they are there to do I love it so far very happy I joined .

This has to be one of the worst Planet Fitness I have ever been to. PF is known for not being like your average box gym (LA Fitness, EOS, 24hr) bit this location is the same. People taking up machines by just being on their phone, staff that treat their friends diff. than the usual member. This gym is smaller also and EXTREMELY busy. If you can go to another location do it. Parking is REALLY BAD!

The renovation was good and was an advantage. Staffs were super friendly and did accommodated me well. Nice place.

Really nice staff, very clean facility. But limited machines. I would recommend this gym to someone who's starting their fitness journey

I like this gym, just wish it had jump boxes and battle ropes and open squat racks instead of Smith machines. It's a good gym and reasonable priced. People are nice here.

A great workout place without ripping off your wallet. Have a lot of equipment and friendly staff. They are renovating the place too. This is my regular workout place and located in a great place. They have a 30 minute circuit to keep your overall fitness levels high.

Planet Fitness what can I say if you're just starting out working out it's a good place to start to see if you want to stick with it no sense getting into an expensive contract if you're not sure if you can give the attention your workout needs the place basically sucks the staff basically sucks and now they're doing a remodeling so the showers don't work you have to shower Outback in some tiny little dirty trailer which they don't even clean what can I say 1-star isn't low enough they should go into negative digits or negative Stars

I come here everyday at around 8 PM and only once, on a Monday, has every single treadmill been occupied. So I just used the biking machines. I didn't visit the weights section that day so I'm not sure how crowded it was around those peak hours. Staff are always cordial.

I have to rave about the showers because I have dry and sensitive skin that sometimes cracks, and after coming here I no longer shower anywhere else. Either they soften the water or the water pressure (for the one in the handicapped stall at least) is weak enough to avoid damaging my skin. The state of the place is pretty clean too, no stray paper towels or trash that some people would inevitably throw on the ground. Recently they've been doing maintenance so they installed portable shower units that are much better than I expected. Sometimes the air vents don't work in there but the smell isn't TOO offensive in those cases.

They also have a water bottle fill station that provides cold but not too cold water, and I love how quickly it fills up my 40 oz bottle.

Good vibes when you enter the place. Great equipment. Friendly staff. Showers need cleaning more than once per day. I never understood their advertising "open 7x24". They close early friday saturday and sunday. The days I want to workout late, they close at 9pm and open at 7am. Staff is cool.

Nice showers with glass doors, they have foam body soap. They have the standard set of weights and exercise machines, but only one pull up bar from what I saw. It was a little crowded.

Lots of options to workout from. Very nice people havn't had a problem yet! And did I mention cheep!!! 23.00 for black membership !! Body massage is to die for one great thing about the black card

I have been going to this gym for a few years now I don't have many complaints it is a nice gym but they say they have a trainer but the trainer does not do much training all he does is pull out a piece of paper with a whole bunch of different weight machines and all he does is tell you how many reps that will work for you and what machines are good for what you're trying to accomplish and tells you to sign in on a book everyday pretty much a log of when you come in and do the machines that's not training to me also there showers never have hot water that's the main thing after a long butt workout that you look forward to is to take a shower a hot shower and they never have hot water to do so very dissatisfied with that but overall the hot water is not going to stop me from living a healthy life

Overall, this is a pretty great facility for the price. Things can get very crowded during peak hours, which is fine if you're using the aerobic equipment. However, the lifting equipment gets congested. My only really beef is that it's always a bit too warm in there and that they lack the standard triceps machines that I've seen at other Planet Fitnesses.

I like Planet Fitness but On December 2 -17 the person working there are very rude (Tim) and lied about my membership is not pay and would not let me workout, when I just paid a week ago But it Sunday so account membership are close, so I told Tim that I will resolve Monday. He said no because he couldn't turn on the Hydro bed for me, and let me hanged for 10 minutes, I walked up to the counter 5 times and he got upset for that and kicked me out of the Club for some personal problems he may but he should not took out on members. Tim D is not fit for this public relations counter job, Tim D should be evualueted about his UPTIGHT Attitude.

I was a member some years and renewed my membership today. The gym is so clean with plenty of available equipment. All the machines look new. Great place for a workout. Lauren was awesome in getting my membership activated.

I normally go to the Hayward facility where the staff is Awesome and friendly. I work in Fremont, so I thought I would go to the Fremont location. The girl behind the counter was so Rude and Nasty, I thought about cancelling my membership. Really. She is giving the company a bad name. I will Never recommend your facility in Fremont.

Planet Fitness has a diverse clientele, owing in part to its convenient fee structure and its "JUDGMENT FREE ZONE." Showing up is half the battle, right?!?

Basic membership is only ten dollars per month, including access to a trainer who will help you understand the machines & create a fitness plan.
If you're willing to pay $20 per month, you'll get extra services like tanning, massage machines, & discounts on merchandise in store and online. You can also bring a workout buddy, making you even more likely to have long term fitness success.
Clean friendly facility with looooong hours.

Not too busy at the times I visit. No real frills but the equipment is good and there are enough machines/free weights. Would like to see a squat rack with an free bar but I know it's not their MO.

We love it here. We go in mornings. It's never too busy, always quiet..... nice place to workout.
