I have been doing dance there since I was 6 and I have loved this place. The coaches there are so very nice there and there is good instruction. Love this place.. My daughter and niece have been going since they were 3 & 5 years old.... more
I wish they have longer hours to accommodate the people coming from late work hours.. Pretty good and fun but there are sometimes kids peeing in the pool and the locker room is kind of really dirty.... more
The Coaches are amazing!!! They treat thekids like they are family. The gym is beautiful and clean. I have had both my girls at Bay Ariels going on eight years. Their friends are the girls on their team and they all support each other.... more
Best value for money towards a gym membership, very well maintained equipment, friendly staff. The place is OK but too dark and too cold. They try to save electricity and not heat the place at all and turn on half the lights.... more
My only complaint is that people who go to the express work out area hog the machines. Instead of doing the route, they either stay on the machines or are on their phones.. I really like all the diff types of cardio machines and other equipment its very clean everyone keeps to themselves and stays focused on what they are there to do I love it so far very happy I joined .... more
I closed my membership in October 2019 but stil getting recurring charged in November 2019 and Dec 2019. Called 24 hour office but they couldn't fix the issue. Then they redirected me to their billing department, called billing department and sent an email with details.... more

good place to play basketball. They have really gone down hill since Bay club took over. Prices are up and they are cutting way back on classes. The remaining classes are very over crowded.... more
It's ok, considerably cleaner than other 24s, certain machines and equipments are on the older end. Definitely can so some upgrading , but overall spacious and good for a quick workout session.... more
This place smells really bad, it has a burned plastic smell that make me dizzy. The toys are not very clean, the mattress has broken surface with tape on it.. My son was going gymboree classes at Fremont hub, fremont California.... more
Don't use the pool , jacuzzi or steamer just those picture talks by itself. More better cleaning more that ever. People can get sick.. Parking is always full no matter what time of day.... more
Nice gym well kept. Has tons of machines for working out with and isn't always crowded.. The only thing I can say that wasn't great was the kinda cold reception I got the first and only time I have visited so it could have been just a bad day so might revise this review.... more
Women's bathroom is, sorry to say that, but disgusting. Also would be great to have wet sauna and bigger dry sauna. I love using swimming pool and jacuzzi but I feel like a fish in the aquarium with clear glass walls.... more
The overwhelming odor of mold in the locker room is absolutely disgusting. I doubt this area has ever been properly cleaned with bleach.. It is an OK gym. Like many said i hope they can clean up the equipments more often.... more
My kids learned swim at Calphin for a long time, like the coaches there.. A bit over crowded on peak timing but my kid really enjoy swimming there.... more
