I closed my membership in October 2019 but stil getting recurring charged in November 2019 and Dec 2019. Called 24 hour office but they couldn't fix the issue. Then they redirected me to their billing department, called billing department and sent an email with details. But no response despite multiple follow ups.

Best place for female weightlifters, since this is the only 24 hour fitness with a 15KG bar

Their locker rooms and bathrooms are unsanitary. The used towel bin is always over flowing. Repairs on the broken or damaged equipment takes weeks and sometimes months to be fixed.

Good place. Got some reasonable Deads done with minimal nonsense. Good equipment, not too crowded (when I was in, anyhow). And then there was hot water.
What more do we need, I ask? The answer is: more blue plates on the platforms. I swear, all of these places have just barely enough for one big lifter. Don't get me wrong, I love the platforms and the professional plates, but if there were anyone else at 3-plates or better, we would be fighting over them.

The location of this super sport is super convenient in that it's close to work and home. The staff is very nice and very helpful. There is a good amount of equipment and machines. My only issue is that because of the volume of people that come in (especially after work), I usually have to wait for a specific machine or a Olympic weight platform. I would really like to see the place expand to fit the demand.

I really like Fremont 24 fitness because the place is clean and organize. The yoga class is awesome. There are 50-60 students to join the yoga class on Mondays and Wednesdays. I went to Milpitas and San Jose to try some classes, but it's not good. Fremont is the best one. Even though I moved to Milpitas, I'm always back to Fremont for Yoga class on Mondays.

They said they'd reopen the steam/pool room by today. After about a week of "repairs". Not cool. To make matters worse, about 3 months ago for the longest time we had a lose a wood plank in the sauna(witnessing people almost fall cause of it). Maintance team truley is trash and should be ashamed.

Joined after 25 years at another club. I like the machines. My wife has found a few favorite classes. And convenience!! I have been in 6 locations already. In SOCA too. And no fee to attend non home clubs.

Usually come here after work because it's close. Clean facility, nice staff, nice equipment for beginners and intermediate.

I give it 3 stars because the music sucks. I cant work hard to pop and rap. Hey 24 hr staff not everyone is 15 years old that comes here. I needs me some METAL every once in a while. I am not saying every song, but throw the old metal heads a bone once in a while...

Probably the best equipped 24 hour fitness in the east bay. Six squat racks, three flat benches, clean showerrs, plenty of towels and plates, bumper plates for deadlifts and olympic lifts, even plenty of cardio equipment.

Feels crowded. 5 years old, starting to show its age. The machine I was looking for was broken and no one knew how to set it up. Sales staff is arrogant. Facility is clean. The pool has a very strong chlorine smell and is small. Over priced compared to equivalent competitors.

Parking here is a bit of a pain sometimes, but the facilities are solid. My main knock on this location is that the basketball court is only half court. For some real, full court action, head down to the location at New Park Mall.

Today I With the baby to Auto Mall24 Hour Fitness kids club I go to register his fitness today, also half an hour, I go back to the Pick him up. at the door to see him cry, club there are parents in the prescribed formalities, other parents at the door, I'll wait for a moment, which do a special slow. A teacher saw me pulling the baby to see me. The baby kept waking and crying. I think the teacher should let me hold him. I went in, and the staff who at Chick in desk told me to go out. I said I want to take baby out. She said no, I think as a mother I certainly can not go out, let the baby watch me cry, I hold up the baby. And the first parent went out immediately.
The staff threatened me to remove my name from the club from the club. Keep saying that I don't respect my parents. The attitude is especially bad. I'm at check our at this time, she said again and again. I was very angry. I took the child and left. She took it out and ordered me to go back. I said you should respect me, she said you do not go back, I will go back to remove your name. The attitude is especially bad.

I have had great experience here, thus 5 stars. The gym is decently large, the staff is nice. I come here pretty often for the classes and they have great instructors for yoga, zumba, body combat, ujam...

The gym is nice but pretty small. It looks a lot bigger from the outside all free weights are upstairs and cardio machines are downstairs.

Excellent facilities. Lots of fitness classes conducted onsite. I had been to few and they were pretty well taught. All the fitness equipment are maintained very well. The staff is very nice and receptive to your feedback and take care of it.

I've been going fairly regularly between 4 to 7 AM. Restrooms need better cleaning, wet floors and countertops spread the smell of urine from the bathroom to the locker area.
Gym facilities are acceptable. Again, more cleaning would be better. I'd like to smell bleach on the machines at least once during the past 6 months.
Only half court basketball court.
Sunnyvale super sport is cleaner.

Live in CO but here in Bay Area for work. Been lifetime 24 Hour member for 10 years. Tried to workout here using pass they gave me last time in town. There was no consideration. The answer was no. Could have worked out for three days if I lied about who I was and having a membership out of state. Management was rude and inflexible. Def won't be back to this place.

I'm giving this 24 hr fitness super sport location in Fremont 5 stars. Not because this is the paragon of fitness centers (it's still a step below places like Virgin Active in Thailand and Singapore) but because this is one of the best 24 hr locations in the area.
It's newer, has all the equipment you would need (including bumper plates and Olympic barbells) , and, most importantly, the staff keeps the equipment locker room, and sauna area admirably clean. Not spotless but much cleaner than the other locations in the area. For this reason I find myself making the longer trek to the Fremont instead of the San Jose location.

This one has good machines, good free weights, and a huge selection of cardio on the second level. It has a pool, Jacuzzi, and half-court basketball. It is basically clean, and the employees seem to care vs. other club locations where if I tell them something is broken, they act like i am interrupting their social time.
