Attended my 1st class. The instructor Jamie was unprofessional. She pulled me by my ponytail I had my hair several times to move my head! She even commented on how " she man handled me" at the end of class! She was very forceful, definitely not supportive or helpful when I was trying to learn and experience a pilates class.... more
Kristen is really friendly, patient, nice and easy going. She answers all my questions, and help me get a much better understanding about her yoga classes, training programs, etc. When you talk to her, you'll find out that she is really knowledgeable, nice and easy going person.... more
We love DSAPA!! They literally have something for everyone. From recreational classes starting with preschool age dancers, all the way up to competitive level classes that go through high school! The teachers are knowledgeable and engaging, and truly love the dancers.... more
