Attended my 1st class. The instructor Jamie was unprofessional. She pulled me by my ponytail I had my hair several times to move my head! She even commented on how " she man handled me" at the end of class! She was very forceful, definitely not supportive or helpful when I was trying to learn and experience a pilates class. Will NEVER go back.
First off..this is not a pilates reformer class, which is how it was advertised as on groupon so that was a bit of a shock. I will say it is a great work out I was sore the next day for sure I think part of that is due to absolutely no stretching or cool down at the end of class. The people were friendly however it really was not what I was looking for.

Love love love this workout! One of the most challenging workouts I have done! It's the type of workout the gets harder as you go because your form improves. All of the instructors are awesome too! Couldn't recommend it enough!
