love this place. always have an amazing feeling when I leave, the best hour workout i have had in awhile. much better then going to the gym!!. I have been going to CKO in Santee for about a year now and I am really satisfied with my results!!! I just turned 47 and honestly a year ago was so out of shape and really unhappy about my health and body!!! I have lost 30lbs and 2 pant sizes and toned areas I never thought I could!! My really big accomplishment is that I was able to get my "booty" back which for women my age starts to get flat- My trainers helped me take care of that!!! I Love that each class I go to is different and I can say every trainer is Amazing!!! So if you are thinking about trying CKO- just do it!! Change the way you think about exercising- I did!!
