Clean and well-kept facility. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Everyone who goes there is courteous and respectful of the rules. Comfortable atmosphere the workout in. The cinema is a nice area to do cardio if you feel like watching a movie at the same time
I used to love this gym. however when I began another exercise program, I thought I would temporarily cancel my membership since I wasn't going to be using it for a while. I called to cancel, ended up talking to more than one person, followed their directions, and finally ended up going to the gym itself to finalize the cancellation. Looking at my bank statement, they continued to charge my bank for the next 3 months before I caught it. When I brought it to the attention on one of the managers, her comment was, "I'm sorry I cannot give you a refund" She admitted talking to me during the first time I cancelled. I used to tell people about the gym, but I won't any longer and they have lost a customer.

Clean, bright, good energy, well-equipped facilities. Music selection and volume levels perfect and conducive for a great workout and continued motivation. Recommended!

If you like to workout in water, it's probably not the best place for you, but they have a great selection of other gym equipment.

This place is awesome. Can't beat the price for the amenities at $21 a month. Take advantage of them!! You may not get a proper free-weight bench, or squat rack, but unless you are a powerlifter or someone who just can't go without these things, there's no reason not to come here. Super clean gym, friendly staff, great hydro massage, bathrooms, and classes, and all the equipment you could need to reach your fitness goals. Even a turf area and tire flipping track. ALSO not TOO crowded.

Whether it is busy or dead, working out here is enjoyable. Well worth $10/month
It's small and not a lot of equipment but it gets the job done. It's good for the price.

I love coming to this gym. I come almost every day, and it's never too crowded for me to be able to get my workout in. Then again, I come around 5 AM, so it might be different later on. They have a movie theater inside so you can do cardio while watching a film, so that's nice too.

It's ok, equipment should be keeped up better for the annual fee they charge, and have petty rules on some things, staffs ok.
I looove my gym. Everyone is so welcoming and we all give each other so much support.
Top class customer service to the very end. I decided to discontinue going to this Chuze because I stopped using my membership however the way I was treated and the grace that was given to my wife was amazing. There is no doubt in my mind about where I will go when we starting hitting the gym again. Thank You Chuze Santee.
A great variety of gym equipment to choose from and the facility is always very clean.
Gym is nice and the staff is bit overly friendly to where it feels a little fake at times. My biggest complaint the lack of scales in the gym. When I asked why? They said the gym was a "no judgement gym". I always thought a gym was a place to make improvements on ones body and have a weight scale is definitely part of that. . In my opinion this gym is a little soft if you are looking for a gym that makes you want to pump iron harder or really push yourself into the anabolic state. Now that I've said that I do want to point out the fact the gym is very clean there is a variety of equipment though I really would love a bench press or an actual squat machine. The monthly price is also very good.

I truly love this place! I'm a bit of a germophobe so the cleanliness of this gym makes me very happy. I wish they would post the POPULAR TIMES graph again...I really use that to gauge the best time to go.
Awesome amenities and atmosphere, staff is excellent. BUT thinking of switching because they don't have real squat racks and have zero free weight bench press and incline bench stations which are staples of pretty much all other gyms. Smith machines are no good for anyone tbh. This is pretty much a gym for someome with weight loss goals or a beginner weight lifter. If you are any shred of serious about lifting go somewhere else
