Great gym, really nice employees!. Hit or miss with some of the front desk staff. Some are super friendly and others woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Bathrooms and locker room could use some continuous deep cleaning and fresh scent.... more

A relaxing awake Inc experience allowing one to be mindful of self. I really liked this place. Great vibe, open and the teachers are great too. I got a special deal from Groupon and it was literally heaven sent! It is hard to spot when you are driving by, but once you know where it's at, you'll want to be coming back! I love this studio! I have been going there consistently for over a month and taking a variety of classes: yoga, salsa, bachata and belly-dancing! The studio also offers Zumba and sculpting classes that people love! You can pay per class or buy a package, monthly passes are reasonable.... more
