I like in shape because it has a pool but it's disappointing that the steam room amd the sauna are always broken and the pool area and fitting rooms are consistently filthy. The hot tub had floating clumps of dirt and hair.... more
Good gym, great child care facility for the little ones! Weights are good. Could use more squat racks but overall good.. People are friendly...They need to clean the equipment..There are two urinals in the mens bathroom.... more
Very boring atmosphere , all concrete , depressing & gives you no motivation to work out so I quit my membership. Here at 5:14am again on a monday at the Fairfield, California location and no one showed up to open up.... more

This place has really gone down hill. It used to crank out some of the baddest black belts ever. Now it's old people and cowards . I came back after moving out of state to train . I gave it 6 months and stopped.... more
