Good gym, great child care facility for the little ones! Weights are good. Could use more squat racks but overall good.

People are friendly...They need to clean the equipment..There are two urinals in the mens bathroom.One has been under repair for over a month (THAT I KNOW OF)

The gym is a well constructed 2 story building with nice staff but doesn't have the upto date equipment, all of the gym equipment are old. It does get the job done so I will give it 4 stars. Hope 24 you guys can upgrade the equipment soon like the other 24hr gyms.

I don't know any 24 hour gym that is nice but this one is the pits. Not clean, equipment is creaky old. Not worth more than maybe $5 a month.

It's funny how the members who are always talking to the staff are always the ones who leave their belongings in unoccupied areas, preventing others from using the equipment and also the ones who leave their weights all over the place. The staff should keep their eyes on these assholes at nighttime. There should be a rule preventing a member from walking laps fully nude in the men's locker room. Another guy who is also friendly with the staff.

I have stopped here on my way home several times . The men's restroom doors have been broken for months, the men's showers are always out of shower gels. The staff is nice and the gym has plenty of equipment but compared to other locations, this location is outdated and the repairs don't ever seem to be done, for the price of the memberships it is not worth it , a few little things that don't ever get fixed end up being a big deal .Lockers are broken in men's locker room, every year dues go up, what are we paying for if the maintenance cant be kept up.

I have no complaints. I can't speak to the 2md floor weight machines. Still, I have never had difficulty getting an elliptical or stationary bike. I have gone there for a couple of years and there was only once that there were multiple machines out of service. It was end of year and seemed more like yearly maintenance time had arrived. The pool is always well maintained and on the few times it has been in demand, someone is always happy to share a lane.

Good sized facility with allot of equipment. Unfortunately, this is one of the worse maintained 24 hour fitness facilities that I have visited. When broken, equipment stays broken for long periods of time. When repaired, equipment is not always repaired correctly. For instance, many of the weight stacks stick while moving up and down providing a very uneven movement and have been this way for a couple of years even after they have been "fixed". Bent barbells will not be replaced for months at a time. I have visited older 24 hour fitness facilities with older equipment that were better maintained than this one.

Terrible customer service. They don't cater to military members and would not honor a membership document that's clearly written down with specific instructions. Just smarter to go on base.

They take a decade to fix any broken or out of service machines, which is unfortunate. Can get busy at peak times and having every machine possible would alleviate a lot of wait times.
