Really nice work out environment. No judgments. The staff is kind and helpful.
I love everything about this place. The group classes are great if you don't like working out on your own. The staff are always friendly and always willing to help sometimes even going above and beyond to get what needs to be done. So many options. Once you try it out you're going to get hooked
My first time visiting. Was here for a baby shower for my daughter. I walked around and I knew I was coming back. The staff, the facility and the location were all amazing.

Parking in front seemed to be an issue as many regulars ignored the loading zone signs....but now looks like active effort in place to enforce loading zone. Also additional handicap parking is great improvement.
Pickleball courts have been lined out and small groups have started to take interest. Great fun easily picked up good exercise. Growing sport all ages can enjoy...check it out on utube can be very intense. You dont need lessons to play!

This location is changing for the worse. Exercise classes have been cut of certain days.
It's becoming a pricey "Corporate run" club with rundown amenities. Used to put a lot of thought into providing members with programs and holiday events, but no more. Too bad.

This club has discontinued all group exercise on Sundays, thereby eliminating a previously well subscribed group exercise class which thrived for 15 years before In Shape took over ownership. There are few group exercise options for working professionals who prefer to get their workouts in early morning and on weekends. Management is ineffective unresponsive and destructive. If the goal is to reduce club use by long time members , in shape has succeeded. The chronic staffing and retention problems of quality instructors at this location appears to be unsolvable Do not pay top dollar for such a portly managed club that has no regard for its members.

There's plenty of VIP parking in front for special cars only. Red Ferrari's, big obnoxious 4x4 trucks, and matte black Mercedes. The signs will say "No Parking, Loading Zone Only" but you're exempt if you're one of the lucky entitled ones. All else please park in the regular stalls like responsible citizens.

Stream room has mole and mildew growing.
Management does not take care of complain.
