It is what it is: an indoor soccer field. It can get ghastly hot on warm/hot days or really cold on cold days. The canvas "roof" is not insulative; it just keeps out the sun or rain.... more

Coach Randy put together a strength building plan to get my squats and bench presses stronger. Before starting the plan I could barely hit 315 lbs on the squat and I barely got to parallel.... more
Wonderful people work there and the place is always clean... I love this gym. The staff is friendly and the trainers really know what they are talking about and always go out of their qay to teach you right.... more
