A few weeks ago and totally out of the blue this company started spamming my cell phone with text messages. I've never done business with them, don't know who they are. I had never opted in, and the first two messages didn't even indicate how I could opt out. Illegal on both points. So I contacted a person named Ezra and asked them to stop. She kinda apologized and said they'd stop. BUT THE MESSAGES DIDN'T STOP. The next batch of messages included one with instructions on how to opt out and I reluctantly followed those steps but as everyone knows in doing so I just confirmed to the spammer/scammer that my number is legit. In the meantime I also filed a complaint with the FTC, and contacted the vendor who owns the cell phone quick code being used. Let them know they have a client doing illegal stuff and hopefully between all the steps I've taken the problem will be resolved. If not, a police report and civil class action lawsuit are next. Businesses tend to send less spam if they've been bankrupted and/or the owner is in jail. Hopefully that won't be necessary.

Had an awesome time taking one of their challenges. Definitely a lot tougher physically than I thought it would be. Lost 5% body fat in 6 weeks

I enjoy the routines they plan out n even more that it isn't a gym.
The work they do must be great, I went in for that "free" six week transformation orientation. I saw what they did, you have to fork out $500.00 before you start the "free" program. Lol. Although I don't have a problem with that a lot of people did. They tell you its free. Anywho what I had a problem with was the lack of communication, and organizations. At orientation I told B the lady who was giving me the gym tour that I had surgery and needed a few weeks more to recover. Also i had found out that day that I was leaving town for a work trip. Ok.
So fast work a few hours later(next day or so) I get a lot of text messages abt people dropping out of the six program and that i need to call them ASAP. Now keep in mind I'm out of town already.
I write back I'm still recovering from surgery and I'm going to be out of town the next couple of weeks.
I told B this. She said, in February there is another six week program. Great right? Wrong.
They kept sending text messages. Are you kidding me? Do you talk to eachother? Do you not read the notes that are written on your sign up sheet? Better yet read my previous text messages.
I'm out of town and I need to focus on work and you keep sending me text messsages. I think the last message I got was "call me right now" or asap. Something to that effect. I'm done. I can't deal with unprofessionals.
Be organized, have a better filing system for your leads, understand that people are out of the state and that they are recovering from major surgery!!!!!!!!!!
There are other centers around town so try them instead. This location and its staff are no good. I don't want them handling my health and personal information.
