Amazing!! I walked in on a Tuesday evening and I couldn't move my neck. Melissa worked out so many knots and so much pain. She isn't rough at all! She really nails the trigger points and pushes the knots right out! I walked out after 2 days of misery and had range of motion and relief.... more

The aerobic room its too small and they offer only 3 types of exercises . There is no Pool,. And many times people arrive and the Front Desk its not there to explain things to you. Well there is many Health Clubs out there in the area ,and I will put my money where I can have more choices of workout.... more
