Totally love this Gym
They have the perfect blend of Machines and Free Weights to get a nice mix of workouts . The members usually have the Rarely found Gym etiquette which results in the Weights actually being racked at their proper location s on the Trees. Very nice.

They don't have swimming pool there. And I am not sure if they have sauna or kids day care but its located in a convenient area and the employee are friendly.

I've been to a lot of 24 hr's both in the San Diego and LA area and I have to say this is one of the best locations. While it is a smaller club, it has everything you need, is clean, and the club members are great. It definitely feels like home. Love working out here!

I went in as a guest and Thad was cool and nice, never rude or disrespectful. He seemed to actually care about the club, his profession, employees there and guests.

small, check the hours, but i like the staff and equipment is available. typically go in the evening and its pretty clean, i recommend to all who ask about a 24 to go there when visit me.
