My oldest has been taking swim lessons here for a little under a year. The instructor is very good and great with the kids. I see kids scared to go into the pool, the instructor helps and guides them and within about 10 to 15 minutes those scared kids are jumping in the pool.A few weeks ago they hired another instructor and just as good. The price is very comparable to other places such as the YMCA.
Lots of equipment and a full set of free weights. Friendly owners and very affordable, definitely my favorite gym!

-Dumbells provided are metalic and not rubberized.
-Showers are grouped, but most people wear their swim trunks.
Best gym i've been to.
Super clean. Twice the equipment of a 24hr fitness with literally half the cost.
