I am highly recommending Rehab United! I had rotator cuff surgery last fall and immediately started treatment there. Arturo Valle has taken me from not being able to move my arm to now being able to lift weights, swim, bike and run. I will be competing in the sport I love because of the treatment I received at Rehab United. I am constantly being motivated and challenged every time I visit them. The front staff is very welcoming and treats me like family. I love to go there and also love their app that motivates you and helps you work out from home. The directions on the app make it easy to perform your daily exercises and ensures you are doing them properly. The staff treats everyone the same..like family. If I know of anyone who needs treatment, I will send them to Rehab United above anyone else!
I am very impressed with the professional yet caring treatment I am receiving at this Rehab center. The staff all seem to be extremely knowledgeable and eager to help me learn how to improve my range of motion and strengthen my core. I have worked mostly with Brenna and she is terrific. Thanks too to Jason and Constance for checking on my progress and updating my care plan. The videos are really a helpful resource.
Arturo Valle is amazing! I have been to Escondido Rehab United for three different problems over the past few years. Each time Arturo was able to determine the cause (several doctors could not!) and provide effective treatment for these issues. He taught me how to accomplish everyday tasks without aggravating my condition. He always shared with me the reasoning behind it so I could understand what I needed to do and why. The therapy was sometimes quite painful, but the results, very much worth it! Arturo, Charlie and all the staff there in Escondido are very professional, yet so friendly, helpful and encouraging. I would highly recommend Arturo and this facility to anyone.
I cannot give enough praise to this facility, and specifically to Arturo Valle. About 5 years ago after injuring my knee from a bad fall, I was worried I would need surgery, which I wouldn't be able to afford. I couldn't bend the knee too far without it swelling up and I definitely could not run or jump. A student of mine(I teach yoga), who is also a rock climber that tends to get injured frequently, recommended that I see Arturo as he is always able to fix him. In about 10 or 15 sessions and doing all of the homework exercises, I was running and jumping again and I couldn't believe it! I have talked with plenty of people over the years who claim physical therapy didn't do much for them and I have no doubt that part of it is that they went to the wrong place. Over the last 5 years, I have sent my students and anyone I meet who has any chronic pain or injury, knowing Arturo and the crew at Rehab United will make a difference. I continue weekly sessions by choice because of the huge overall benefits I receive as they keep my body at an optimal level and inline. In addition to that, I have become a far more knowledgeable yoga teacher just from the info I have picked up along the way. Really pricless. I feel extremely lucky to have found Arturo and this organization, watching so many others come to tears realizing they can move again without pain. If you want to heal and move better, this is your place. I am forever grateful.
