The atmosphere here is great and the instructors are professional, fun and motivating. I'd recommend this place to anyone wanting to learn a new skill and get back in shape. I attend the adult Krav class but the class starts after the kids and teens classes so I witness the end of them.... more

Nice gym. Gets really crowded at times, though. They don't play CNN or MSNBC which is a huge plus..Great prices, lots of equipment. Only downside is that it is always packed..Nice place, convenient.... more

Pretty junky. Over crowded and plenty of broken machines. It gets the job done when you're in a pinch but, like most of their other Sport and Active clubs they've stopped maintaining or caring for this club.... more
